Before you can sign up to the School Gateway App, we should have your mobile number and email address registered as contacts for your child/children. If you are unable to sign up, please complete this Microsoft Form and a member of our IT Support Team will be in contact. 

 

To download the School Gateway App to your mobile phone, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

If you have an iPhone, go to the App Store. If you have an Android, go to the Play Store.

Search for School Gateway and download (logo below).

Step 2

Open the App and you will see image below. If this is your first time to use the App, you must click on Sign Up at the bottom of your screen. Then, enter the email and mobile phone number you provided us on the Online Data Capture Form. Press SEND PIN. 

 

Your email and mobile phone number must match the information on our system. If you cannot get past this screen, please complete the Microsoft Form on the link at the top of this page.

If you have a child in another school using School Gateway and they don't appear when you log in, please let us know by completing the Microsoft Form at the top of the page and a member of our IT Support Team will be in contact.

Step 3

Your PIN is a 4 digit number that will be sent in a text message to your mobile number. Enter the PIN below your email address as shown in the image below. 

The PIN should arrive within seconds but it may take a few hours.

Step 4

If you enter your PIN, you will now be able to access the St. Patrick's Grammar School, School Gateway App.
