Curriculum

DictionaryThe curriculum in St Patrick's is designed to provide a structured way of achieving the aims of the school by enabling each student to have a broad, balanced, relevant and coherent experience.

All classes throughout the school are unstreamed.  Students in Year 8 are selected randomly for 5 form classes.  Details of timetables, programmes of study and curriculum policy are available for consultation by parents in the general office or from the relevant Head of Department.

A parent who considers that the curriculum provision is not satisfactory may contact the Deputy Principal.  If the matter is not resolved at this level he/she should write to the Secretary to the Board of Governors to enable the problem to be examined and a response made.
